MyKine
Physiotherapy mostly happens between sessions: the patient goes home with a sheet of prescribed exercises and does them alone. The physio has no way to know what actually happened - whether the exercises were done at all, with how many reps, at what amplitude, with what compensations. They find out weeks later, at the next appointment, from the patient's memory. The result is a blind spot on both sides. Patients lose motivation with zero feedback, do movements wrong without knowing it, or quietly drop the program. Physios adjust prescriptions on guesswork instead of data. And the obvious fixes - video calls, wearables, filming yourself - are either impractical, expensive, or a privacy problem nobody wants. A phone camera is the one sensor every patient already has. On-device pose estimation can turn it into a measurement tool: joint angles, rep counts, movement replay - without a single image ever leaving the device.

MyTwin Avatar
A realistic 3D preview of your own body, from a few smartphone photos. A few photos taken with an ordinary phone are enough to fit a 3D body model (SMPL-family) and a 3D face (FLAME). The patient and surgeon can then rotate the avatar and apply effects with sliders: breast volume, liposuction, abdomen, buttocks. Everything runs on controlled infrastructure, since consultation photos are among the most sensitive images a patient can share.
