The brief
Objective
A sandbox is a separate entity, not a challenge: one author, no pool, no tasks, no team. The community reacts with stars, signed in or anonymous. The author can run a formative evaluation against the code grid, which pays nothing and touches no ledger.
Expected result
• Crossing a star milestone (admin-configured tiers) pays the author once, from a dedicated ledger (sandbox_rewards), and is never taken back
• Anonymous stars count; the IP, stored only as an HMAC, serves only for rate limiting, and hashes are purged after 30 days
• An admin can promote a proposal into an official project: the author is auto-joined with their work carried over, and a promotion bonus is paid once
• An admin can turn the module off, in which case it disappears entirely
