Objective
The core model:
• Projects contain repositories and challenges, with an optional manager
• Challenges have a type, a CP pool and a lifecycle
• Contributions are recorded units of output attributed to a contributor
• Every CP award is a row in an append-only reward ledger
Expected result
• A contribution's reward is always the sum of its ledger rows, so points are fully traceable
• The UI renders rankings, challenge progress and contributor profiles
• Anonymous visitors only see active or completed code and ML challenges
